• Maintain a detailed knowledge of products to perform day to day sales activities
• Ensure showroom are well maintained with the highest standards of grooming etiquettes and products are displayed accordingly with accurate price label
• Ensure all stock administration (stock count, internal transfer, sample, dispatch and delivery) are properly recorded and reported to Warehouse and Logistics Department
• Ensure all transactions including orders taken, cash/cheque received, debit/credit card transactions and online bank transfer are well recorded and reported to Finance & Account Department
• Ensure confidentiality with respect to customer and sales information
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior/Management from time to time
