As a member of our consulting services team you will work with our partner network and end clients on our implementation projects. You will be responsible for reviewing client business processes, re-engineering the client's processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful D365 implementation. You must have an excellent knowledge of the Dynamics 365 F&O modules and hold certifications in the most current versions or plans to obtain a certification. You will be part of the Advanced Services team in Malaysia. We are open to applicants from countries outside of Malaysia and provide an employment pass for the successful hire. Duties and Responsibilities: Gathering business requirements, translating them into a functional design, configuring and testing the software. Leading client facing workshops, training client team members, while providing functional guidance for customer implementations, upgrades, and support of Dynamics 365 F&O and Annata365 Working in partnership with other members of our consulting & support teams, the Dynamics365 Consultant will be responsible for reviewing client business processes, re-engineering the client's processes to improve efficiency, and set customer expectations for a successful D365 implementation. Implementation of our products for tier 1 and tier 2 companies worldwide Support to customer and partners Working with bleeding edge technologies for some of the world largest companies that use our products Qualifications: Bachelor of Business and/or Engineering 5+ years of experience as Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant Experience participating in all stages of lifecycle in multiple Dynamics and/or Dynamics AX implementation projects Expert in writing functional specifications, Gap documentation and training materials Strong Functional, Analytical, Presentation, Documentation, Training and Inter-personal skills Certifications preferred Industry experience preferred including but not limited to: Automotive OEM, Dealerships, Heavy Equipment, Agricultural Equipment, Material Handling Equipment, Rental/Subscription, Medical Equipment Excellent communication, planning and organization skills Strong customer relationship skills Ability to establish priorities and work independently Ability and willingness to travel to partner and client sites as required Possesses effective English communication skills, written and verbal Ability to learn quickly Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure Investigates problems to establish real or hidden causes Solves complex problems with creative solutions Places emphasis on client satisfaction Learns new concepts quickly and thoroughly Promotes the mission and shared values of our company What Annata Stands For: Annata is a Microsoft Global Independent Software Vendor (ISV) since 2001.
